We work with leaders to help their organizations thrive in ways that are only possible for organizations truly aligned to deeply-held and prioritized values around diversity, equity, and inclusion.
We help those leaders identify their organization’s DEI needs, challenges, and design solutions--all while using an inclusive approach that places the process on the same level of importance as the outcome.
We believe that organizations strive to be their best, and we want to come along on that journey if invited.
Our Philosophy
We believe in a different world and work relentlessly to support those who are committed to working on personal, collective, and institutional growth in order to create a more decolonial, anti-oppressive, and anti-racist world.
We believe that institutions and society can change, but it takes systems change, culture change, and leadership development to achieve this.
We believe that while we are all socialized and created by an oppressive world, we have the ability to become anti-oppressive and we can then lead in those ways.
We believe that we need to deeply listen to those who are marginalized, amplify their voices, and take guidance from them.
We believe in the importance of diversity and representation, hence our formation as a collective of intersectional leaders.
We believe that everyone’s consciousness journey is neither linear nor finite, including our own. We are committed to unlearning, learning, healing, and growing, and we create space for others to do the same.
